The Perfect Musical Gift For Teens

We recently were invited to a friend’s house to attend his teenage son’s 15th birthday. We fretted and fretted over what to give him instead of giving into your typical save the day last minute gift card. In the middle of all of our fretting, we discovered this Victrola Vintage 3-Speed Bluetooth Suitcase Turntable with Speakers in Tie Dye which we decided would be just perfect. This I thought was the Perfect Musical Gift For Teens. I mean what teenage boy wouldn’t want this supersonically cool turntable!

I know it’s all about digital this and digital that anymore in this world of ours but what an awesome hands-on musical experience holding a crisp new album of your favorite band or better yet an old collector’s copy vinyl record that you hunted down in a thrift shop somewhere in town. Or better yet, maybe your parents let you use or even have their old LPs that they’ve held onto like the precious items they are.

What’s even more amazing about this turntable is that it has all these features additionally:

  • Record player with 3-speed belt Driven Turntable (33 1/3, 45, 78 RPM) plays all of your vinyl records and favorite Albums
  • Bluetooth to wirelessly play music from your Bluetooth enabled device, up to 33 feet away.
  • Portable Suitcase design with easy carry handle
  • 3.5mm aux-in for playing music from your MP3 player, tablet or phone. RCA aux-in and headphone jack
  • Built-in stereo speakers. No battery used. Power on-off volume control knob. Auto or manual stop selection switch

This Victrola Vintage 3-Speed Bluetooth Suitcase Turntable with Speakers in Tie Dye and voila you have it- it’s the perfect gift for the teen.
I remember when I was a teen and I got my very first turntable. I was fifteen and along with it, I received several vinyl records with it for my birthday.  I played those vinyl albums for hours upon hours over and over again.

I invited my friends over to listen to them with me. We had so much fun dancing and singing and just plain hanging out wasting the day away together with my best friends. It was so good to be fifteen- so young and free and feeling so lucky that I was so loved by my family (the ones that gave me that gift) and by my friends (the ones who were hanging out with me dancing and singing and snacking on all that birthday booty (birthday cake, candies, snacks, appetizers, sodas, chips, popcorn, etc.))

Why not surprise your favorite teenager with this turntable and some vinyl records to give them the perfect gift- one of nostalgia and one of all kinds of musical response to get their party going and keep it going all day long.

Do you remember when you got your first turntable as a teen? What happened to it? Wouldn’t it be neat to have another one? Do you have any of your old vinyls?
